Your questions
For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. tems can be returned for exchange of goods of the same type of product or for refund within 14 working days from delivery of the parcel. The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped, packed in an orderly manner and with the sign and/or label attached. If the customer wishes to return the goods is kindly requested to send an email to info@filipposorcinelli.com and request his own return authorization number (RAN). The written request must contain order number, the item code to be returned and the reason for the return: refund or exchange of goods. After the customer has made the request to customer service, the customer will receive an email that contain the return authorization number (RAN) and and instructions for making the return. Customers are kindly requested to write their own RAN on the label attached to each item and on the copy of the invoice to be included in the package. Customers are kindly requested to follow carefully the instructions provided to them.
Costumers can choose from the following compensation options:
- Exchange of goods: items can be exchanged with the same model, size and / or different color, if available. We do not accept changes with different items. The new article can follow the same procedure.
– Refund: if the customer redeems the order placed, the refund will be on the same day he receives the product and only after the quality control of the returned items.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, in each case concerned about 20 working days. Refunds for orders made by bank transfer must be returned to the original bank account. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded arise from fluctuations in the exchange rate and will not be refunded.
On average, in Italy we ship items in 48 hours. Abroad, if you stay in Europe, it takes less than 7 days. For overseas shipments, shipping times are approximately one week.
