Returns and Refunds
For any reason, customers may request a return or exchange of their order, either in full or in part. Products can be returned for replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of payment receipt. The products must be returned in their original condition, packed neatly, and with the attached label intact. To initiate a return, customers are required to send an email to info@filipposorcinelli.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The email should include the order number, item code(s) for the return, and the subject line: "Refund or Replacement of Goods". Upon receiving the request, customer service will reply with an email containing the RAN and instructions to proceed with the return. Customers must clearly write the RAN on the label attached to each item and include a copy of the invoice inside the box. It is important to carefully follow the provided instructions. Customers have the following options to choose from:
Products can be replaced with the same model, size, and/or a different color if available. Exchanges for different products are not accepted.
If a customer requests a refund for a placed order, it will be processed on the same day the product is received, after verifying the quality of the items to be refunded. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available on the next statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card network but typically takes around 20 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original order. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to currency fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were originally shipped, packed neatly, and with the original label attached. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way. They should be returned with the original tags and any accessories received in the package. Perfumes must be returned in their original packaging, which should not be damaged or altered, and should not be used as the shipping box. In the case of damaged or incorrect items due to an error on the part of FILIPPOSORCINELLI.COM, customers are required to follow the instructions mentioned above. We kindly request customers to provide photographic evidence proving the defect or error. In such cases, all shipping costs and other expenses will be covered by FILIPPOSORCINELLI.COM. Returns must be shipped in the original box used by FILIPPOSORCINELLI.COM, accompanied by a copy of the invoice/receipt. Shipping costs for the return of full-priced items or items discounted less than 50% are covered by FILIPPOSORCINELLI.COM. Shipping costs for returns of items discounted 50% or more are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional fees are always the responsibility of the customer.

- extra EU (rest of the world): € 30
Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally shipped and with the courier indicated by FILIPPOSORCINELLI.COM in the email containing the return instructions. FILIPPOSORCINELLI.COM reserves the right to refuse returns if the customer uses a different courier than the one indicated or if the delivery incurs additional costs for FILIPPOSORCINELLI.COM or requires pickup from a courier branch. FILIPPOSORCINELLI.COM reserves the right to reject returns that have not been authorized or sent in accordance with its policy. In such cases, FILIPPOSORCINELLI.COM may return the package to the original sender's address. In the case of unauthorized or non-compliant returns being accepted, FILIPPOSORCINELLI.COM may deduct 10% of the value of the returned merchandise from the due refund. For anything not expressly stated, the European standard for distance selling applies.
