Returns and Refunds
Our 30-day return policy states that you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it and must not have been vaporized or used. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized or autographed items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
